VA Outpatient Clinic
This new Veterans Administration outpatient clinic is designed to serve active duty service members, veterans, and their families under the VA’s Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model. It includes Behavioral Health, Urgent Care, Radiology, Endoscopy, Pharmacy, Sterile Processing, and Laboratory spaces. Frontier provided design-build mechanical design and energy modeling services to support the successful completion of this project, balancing cost-effective design strategies with the requirements of the VA Design Guide and ASHRAE 170.

Center of Hope
Hill Country Clinic expanded its operation to Redding with the construction of a new clinic to provide medical, dental, and behavioral health services, along with an adjacent housing facility. Frontier provided mechanical and plumbing design in accordance with OSHPD 3 standards and LEED for Healthcare requirements.
